that is great to hear. 

Sure it will take a lot more effort to make the phone really usable with FreeBSD.

Nevertheless, if it already boots to multiuser, it would be worth for me to spend some money and time on it (I am no kernel hacker, but I might test it and maybe try to have a look at some user space stuff, time permitting...)

		<description>I&#039;m still working on the port but I&#039;ve expanded it to include other boards with a similar CPU. As for using the Neo Freerunner as a phone with FreeBSD that will take even longer as it will include porting the GUI parts to run on FreeBSD.

I am more or less regularly visiting the openmoko wiki to see if you are updating the FreeBSD article and if I need to start thinking about getting a Neo...
